Ferrer beats Nadal
I am back from Hangzhou, West Lake and the wonderful, relaxing walking and food.
That's as far as I managed to get before I had the crazy week of finals and presenting my paper in Bao Shan at the Advertising and Marketing Conference. I had hoped to have pictures from my colleagues by now but my schedule prevented the downloading - you see I lost my camera in Hangzhou. It had broken in Dalian, no hope of fixing the
shutter which turned it on and off, so I was thoroughly frustrated and angry at the camera. So I lost it! Also the 200 or so pictures on it - no worries. After over 10,000 pictures - I am happy to have used it. So I will have to show you the pictures of West Lake, etc. later!
OH, on Tuesday night we got to see Federer receive his #1 trophy, Ferrer beat Nadal and Gasquet beat Djovic (sp) at the Shanghai Tennis Masters Tournament!!! Totally awesome, totally out in the middle of nowhere (but still Shanghai - a RATHER upper class area, no doubt!) and Totally free (except the 200 RMB for the taxi there and back and two Heineken's and a tofu wrap - 200/7 is less than $30!!!)
More from Hangzhou later but I had better post this one now!
