MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Merry Christmas everyone - thank you for all of your thoughts, comments and interest!!!

Again, SILC does an amazing job of making us feel welcome and appreciated!!!  The food was simply amazing, from three types of shrimp, clams, muscles, two types of salmon, other cold seafood as well as sushi and sashimi galore!  WOW!  To ... Soup, salad that was scrumptious and other salads I cannot even remember.  Yes, beer and wine as well. 

Then there were the main courses - strip sirloin sliced in front of you with au jus or mushroom gravy, carved turkey , chicken in a mushroom sauce, duck, pork, broccoli with mushrooms and carrots, potatoes, Christmas pudding, oh - I can't remember I am too stuffed.  (All tastefully described and wonderfully presented!)

Then there were the deserts!  Yikes, cakes with chocolate on top, little puff pastries, cantelope, apples, tangerines, and of course the always present watermelon!!

I am sure that I have forgotten something but you get the idea.  HOW I will get myself into shape to ski?!??  Well, no more elevators!  Stairs ALL THE WAY!
