Negative 3 degrees! (C not F!)

BACK TO WORK!  It's 7 am and 27 degrees outside - a little ice on the sidewalks - no rollerblading but I am definitely thinking of SKIING!  Sigh!

Test on Monday, so I need to prepare them - MORTGAGES!! Nice totally appropriate chapter!  AWESOME!
