SNOWBIRD - one mile just before Alta.  Alta is at the end of Little Cottomwood Canyon and therefore receives just a little more snow than Snowbird.  Snowbird had 16" Fresh Powder when we arrived!!!  I was about 9th in line and managed "First tracks" on Gadzooks and also in STH (plus many more runs in STH!!!)  Snowed all day too!

We also had some awesome runs The Tram!  Snowbird can be accessed by clicking on the name.  Alta too.

135" of settled base at mid-mountain Alta with 24" new, 21" new at Snowbird with 125" base at mid-mountain!  More pictures next entry!

Alta's discounts are $5 (to $54 each day), Snowbird had a discount of $105 for 2 days out of 7!  AND the two days include the Tram.  The Tram is a ride with 124 other people at the same time to the top of the mountain.  Then one has almost 3,000 feet of vertical surrounding them!
