Adjusting to the time change - a little (Lindley Hut pic)

At least I was able to sleep for 4 and a half hours!  I may take a nap during the day today but I will try to stay awake most of the day.  Adjustment as fully as possible to the time change is the best but sometimes it takes a few days for our bodies to fully accept a 16 hour change.  As I will teach tomorrow, I want to be as sharp as possible too, so I will "nap" when I need it today.

I have a ton of work to do as during the next two weeks - I have to teach the whole Futures and Options Markets to the students - a whole course normally!!!  I am REALLY looking forward to trying to boil down to the specifics these very complicated markets!

OK, This post is now lots later, laughing (see next post) -  I got involved in the issue of the "Sub-Prime Securities" that I have been trying to explain to my students here in Shanghai.  The whole mortgage backed securities (MBS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDO) securities markets received VERY POSITIVE comments in our text book!!!  Therefore, I have tried to explain a very complicated, yet very timely, issue to them (see my website on Dec. 10, for an early explanation).

Here is a picture of the Lindley Hut - I picked one that would show some of the mountain views ALL around the hut:

We are actually just trying to get organized to ski the last 4 miles down from the hut and to the cars.  We are a VERY tired and happy group!
