OK - I DO LIVE IN ONE OF THE LARGEST CITIES IN THE WORLD!
I was on a mission to get to Jiangwan Town on the #3 line of the Metro and knew that the Hu-Jia Special Line (Shanghai's old name is Hu so often is used!) went right past the Shanghai Railway Station where the #1, #3 and #4 metro lines meet!
I saw the RR station so got off and walked back from the stop to the station (which means crossing traffic a la New York style - typical Chinese style it turns out too - just walk across like you OWN the street but watching for traffic too, grinning!). Just as I was about to cross over the large intersection, I look down and see this statue ...

So here you can see Bach in the surroundings, and just to prove it IS a statue dedicated to Johann!!!:

Ta da! Enjoy. (Don't know what happened with MY views but wouldn't work on MY computer. Posted while in Banna! After a couple of Beerlaos, maybe THAT'S the key, eh?
