The HIGH temperature today was 78 degrees F (but over 80 where I am in Jia Ding)!  Looks like MAYBE down to 70 or so on Wednesday but above until then!  Winds have kicked up to 15 mph so that's nice!  As the sun sets at 6 pm, just enjoying a beverage before heading out to dinner!

The Midterms are nicely sitting here waiting to be graded but I am hearing someone calling in the distance - time to Chi Fan!  (Eat rice - that's how the Chinese say time to eat!).  MY FAVORITE THING!!



Hang Bai Cai Hua Zi Mo (pictured above) and Liang Ban La Pi are two of my recent favorites!  YUM!
