Tai Ji - "kicks"
We have begun learning the leg movements which are kicks in Tai Ji. The movements are so slowly performed that one might not consider them kicks, but they definitely are and our muscles certainly know the development they are undergoing!
Taking time to learn the movements and slowly concentrate on the movements is what Tai Ji is all about. The concentration puts one into a very calm and considered attitude!
