The last part of the road trip takes me from Denver to Grand Junction - through the Rockies!!!  Nice! 

But before I go, I made a last quiche and pie (peach from GJ peaches!) yesterday - that makes 4 quiches, 6 pies (1 June berry, two peach and three blueberry - two wild blueberry) and four loaves of bread!  That JUST might hold me through until I return to an oven again!!

  

The quiche above has avocado, broccoli, tomato, mushroom and many other happy vegies!!  grin 

In Grand Junction, the high will be 95 today (37 C or so) and 90s all week until I leave.  Who wants a hot oven in such temperatures?!!?  So we enjoy this morning - pie and quiche!!  YUM!
