My Kitchen

I did not clean my kitchen for these pictures (remember I have a cast on my hand - grin), so you see it as things are this morning.

Yes, that is fresh garlic and ginger on top of the microwave.  The gas stove is down the way with my double steamer sitting apart (I WILL wash it now!!! - laughing)

While very thin at least I can watch my neighbors (up & down) as they watch me cooking and washing dishes - laughing!!!   TONS of cabinet space, eh??!!!  OH - that's a water purifier just to the left of the sink, with a special faucet for its water - I use it for steaming mostly, which I love to do as most food in the canteens (school cafeterias) and on the street are cooked in oil.

And as I earlier posted, I brought home the stand for the water and NOW I have successfully received two 19 Liter bottles of water.  $5 deposit for each and then about $2.50 (18 yuan) per fill, delivered!!!  AWESOME!!!

(Not bad for a guy who does speak the language and has one hand incapacitated, eh?!!  grinning wildly)
