Jiangmi MISSED us! and other stuff

From the Shanghai Daily

                  Shanghai typhoon warning canceled

SHANGHAI lifted its typhoon warning last night as Jangmi moved northwest out of the coastal areas.

Typhoon Jangmi, downgraded to a strong tropical storm on Monday afternoon, bypassed the city and Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, but brought strong winds and heavy rain to some areas.
...
Jangmi, which hit Taiwan on Sunday afternoon, left two people dead and forced the closure of schools and offices before moving to the Chinese mainland early on Monday.
......

So I JUST caught the "non-polluted" days.  The fog came in and with it 96% humidity and thick air, yes the pollution is back!!
  - Sigh

Stock markets have been closed in China for the whole week so who knows what will happen come Monday!!  Hong Kong only takes October 1 off as a holiday.  Still two systems - kind of, I mean "National Day" means what to those in Hong Kong?  The government workers have the day(s) off here but there are many businesses, workers still doing "the usual."  (Trying to make a living.)

Wishing I had use of my finger (ie. left hand!) but still grinning!
