A NEW Hurricane?!! Paloma!

I was watching CNN yesterday (yes, some places can even get CNN here in Shanghai!) and saw the potential.
Also I have been watching the potential on the Weather Underground for a few days - now, the cyclone looks MUCH more like it WILL continued to develop!
At 75 MPH winds and increasing, Cuba REALLY does NOT need another hurricane and hopefully Haiti will be spared, but there we go - another storm while the Mesa (Grand Mesa) has snow on it and my friend Peter is shoveling off the sidewalks! 4" fresh at Powderhorn I hear!
The cyclones in the south (the Indian Ocean is quite active, I found last year) have already produced a few storms. If I am not mistaken, there have already been at least 4 Tropical Depressions south of the equator.
