Some days are MUCH better than others!
Speaking of the air specifically. Winter - especially the end of November and December - can be really tough:
You can see that TODAY SUCKED!!! There's just no way to get around it!! Notice that Thanksgiving was not a nice day either - two bad days in a row there. Then a wonderful day - really, the air was so clean. Living by the water allows us at least to get clean a once in a while. BUT ...
As I read this, we had WORSE THAN CLASS III by 100!! I am still alive but no exercise today, THAT'S for sure!! YUCK!!
