Shanghai "downtown" Puxi observations - 77 Degrees!! YIKES!

Time to pick up bread again at Hiya's Mediterranean Bakery.  Walking downtown after taking the #1 subway line, I was struck by the differences between Los Angeles and Shanghai.  As I mentioned to others in LA, condense the roads in LA into about 1/4th the size and you have the concentration in Shanghai.

I walked through the intersection of Yan'an Road and Chengdu Road - which both have elevated roads above too.  Pictures do not do the concentration justice: there are 5 levels of roads and one of pedestrian walkway!!  Ground, then pedestrian, then four more levels of freeway!!  Amazing the feel of the city!  LA is so much broader and open!

So yes - the weather is TOO HOT!  There was even air conditioning in the subway system!!  (Or so it felt!)

Storms on the way and finally we can get back to some normal winter weather.  (At least not above 50 anyway!!)

Two pictures from skiing at the "Bird" (Snowbird, Uuuuttttaaaahhhh!)

Nah - I wouldn't pay $30 for each so the watermark is there but I was sure having fun!  Laughing!!!
