California HAS a Budget!!! and Obama in Canada!
Politics meant less income for many Californians as the state quit working for awhile so that they did not need to pay people, etc.!

GOOD LUCK to California in making it through the next few years! Difficult is an understatement, no doubt!
CANADA - While President Obama is MORE popular in Canada than in the U.S., the "Buy American" provision of the stimulus package is very problematic.
For one, we have a free trade agreement with Canada, but more importantly, the WTO is going to have problems with the law too. Finally, if we do enforce the law, as Caterpillar and Boeing said, look for less U.S. export purchases as well!
