Hillary is in China to finish her first trip abroad as Secretary of State.

She has been very popular in Japan, Indonesia and South Korea while talking a tough line about North Korea as well.

We shall see how the China visit plays out - most likely very cordial as it is a "hello and how are you" visit.  Amnesty International is upset that she will not be pressing human rights during the visits through these countries, so that may give you an indication of the type of tour she is on.
