Wishing I was able to make pies like these in Shanghai!!
I LOVED making these pies (and bread) while I was visiting Herb and Diana in Houston on January 20.
Blueberry and Apple pies - YUM!!! Whole wheat crust - don't know where I would get the whole wheat pastry flour in Shanghai but it might be fun to check around!!
