Ford is leading GM and Chrysler!

Interesting how Ford has already completed an agreement with the United Auto Workers (UAW)!
From the New York Times article:
The agreement between Ford and the U.A.W. is one of several steps the automaker has taken to cut costs and maintain liquidity for a turnaround plan that started four years ago. Ford has not sought emergency loans from the government. (My emphasis)
Chrysler and GM must show viability by the end of March to receive any more funds.

Interesting how Ford saw the need to change - the old advertisement by Ford - "Ford has a better idea" still holds, eh?!!?
