Just a short note about the markets as I head off to a VERY busy first day of the Spring Term at Shanghai University!
I know that I said I could see the bottom a few weeks ago, but we are still not out of the woods by ANY means.
Having said that, isn't it NICE to have a little breathing room above the recent bottom! Whew, eh?!? Maybe I still WILL have SOME retirement money! Laughing ...
