Yes, the term "TOXIC" is too harsh for some - MOST?!?
So it is ON TO "Legacy"! Legacy Assets are just Toxic Assets.
They are the legacy of a foolish but VERY, VERY lucrative plan to make a bunch of money!!
Hopefully, WE - the American Taxpayer - will be able to reap some value back from the purchases we are about to make!

My first reaction was NOOOOO! Call out the language police! But on reflection, this could work. Legacy could mean positive, not so bad, let it ride til it dies, or toxic. OK, Drew, you have my permission to go with "legacy assets"(smile).
