I have had nothing but problems with the online booking company and they will not refund anything.

Please be advised  - I highly recommend you find alternative ways to book your travel than to use Vayama.

Amazingly, they ARE one of the first real problems I  have had in many years of travel but that is no excuse.

Service is poor, they told me the flight was refundable, and that I would get e-tickets. 

I actually had to pay for the Fedex - AFTER I bought the ticket.  Please be advised.
