In SHANGHAI today, a day after wonderful spring rains, the trees and bushes are GREEN and the sky is overcast!
What a wonderful morning - cool, 58 degrees (14C) with a nice high only expected to be 19C (68F).
Highs tomorrow may push to 80 but the nights are nice and cool, humidity is fine as long as one keeps the air blowing!
