Xiamen Trip - Just Across from Taiwan
SILC - (Sydney Institute of Language and Commerce) is taking us to Xiamen this weekend! We will pay about $150 and they match the amount basically. Last year we went to Xian and the year before Dalian.
SO IT IS BACK TO SUMMER!!! The temperatures are going to be mid 80s during the day and MAYBE just less than 70 at night!! (over 30 Celsius for highs)

Xiamen is also known as Amoy and become one of China's first Special Economic Zones in the 1980s (along with the now more infamous Shenzhen). Xiamen is a smaller city of only 2.5 million, however being on an island might have something to do with the size, eh?!!? More after I return!
