Labuan to Brunei by Ferry
Last night we spent our only night on the island of Labuan chatting with oil workers from Indonesia! Quite interestingly, the island of Labuan is one of Malaysia's main oil ports!
The ferry yesterday was nicer but we really didn't have far to go. The BIG reason we took the ferry is that the bus route meant 10 - yes 10 border crossings from Sabah to Brunei. Brunei is actually split into 2 pieces and Sarawak is almost a separate country (even though it IS in Malaysia)!!
