Mortimer Island Campsite
The perfect campsite with views of the Lake on both sides, protected from high waves, nice open area and a place for the campfire anywhere!!
Time for a first jaunt around the islands in the Bays ...

Well OF COURSE we went back for the cooler, doesn't EVERYBODY travel in a kayak with a cooler?!!? How do you keep the meat cold? Laughing ... we only kept it for two nights, and the ice kept things NICE and COLD!
Back at home camp, safe and sound, ready for the storm. We were handed a Lake Trout upon first landing so of course our buddies, the seagulls were right with us wondering when their portion was ready!!! Laughing ...
